RAW has been appointed to provide design services for the refurbishment of a Victorian end terrace house in East London.
The project will explore hand made ceramics, geometric pattern, understated colour and will be an exercise in carpentry.
RAW has been appointed to design a ‘Studio House’ for an Industrial Designer in rural South Norfolk.
The building will contain a large daylight studio space and limited living and sleeping accommodation.
The architecture and design brief is ‘soft industrial’.
A planning application will be submitted in February 2019.
Slabs have been poured and the formwork on the first fibre reinforced self compacting walls has been struck. The concrete will be curing for some time, but the initial results look extremely promising.
Details of the project can be found here.
