RAW have been appointed to undertake a redevelopment project on Old Street, London, EC1V. 

The key aims of the project are to develop a series of light, bright, high specification commercial and residential spaces of outstanding design quality over 6/7 levels. RAW also propose to work with local artists to upgrade the adjacent Tilney Lane.


The building will be low energy efficient and will demonstrate sustainable development through intelligent planning, construction methods, materials, site servicing and building practice.


The overall objective is to produce a high quality building, with a strong identity, that will embody and promote a creative environment, whilst raising the standard of the current building stock in the immediate area.
